My background is in PE-backed healthcare: as a founding executive at AllerVie Health (backed by Summit Partners and Noro-Mosely Partners), I helped scale the platform from its first acquisition to one of the largest allergy and asthma organizations in the country — 24 acquisitions across 36 months, 80+ clinics across 13 states. Before that: M&A integration and transformation at Epic Health Services (acquired by Bain Capital), Healthcare Associates of Texas (acquired by Optum), Sequel Youth & Family Services (Altamont Capital Partners), and Harden Healthcare (acquired by Gentiva Health Services).

I'm drawn to the complex environments — acquisition-driven growth, digital transformation, large-scale change — where outcomes depend on getting both the strategy and the organization right. That's not a coincidence. It's where the real work lives.

I'm in healthcare because I believe what happens operationally inside these organizations is the difference between people actually feeling better and a vision that never becomes reality. The stakes are real. That's exactly where I want to be.

Outside the work, I live in Dallas, Texas, with my husband Ben and our two vivacious daughters — and spend most of my time keeping up with their many activities and interests.
